Choose Your Flavors

Oh where to begin?  Well, we like to start with the very best ingredients we can find like Callebaut cocoa, pure Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean paste, sweet cream butter and fresh fruits.

We like cage free eggs, natural pecans from a farm down in the Rio Grande Valley, and Imperial Sugar from Sugar Land, Texas.  Local is good.

Of course choosing can be a challenge, which is why we let you try up to four different flavors per dozen when you buy online.  From the purity of intensely dense Chocolate to the happy mouth explosion that is Italian Crème, there is a flavor match for everyone.
